Dispersion Technology

The Sunetics Clinical Laser Unit contains laser diodes inside an "open panel" hood array. These diodes are specifically arranged for men and women to maximize the low level light coverage over the specific areas of the scalp prone to hair loss in men and women. This ensures that the scalp of the patient is saturated in the energizing laser light and achieves maximum efficiency of the treatments.

Sunetics technology and the Sunetics Clinical Laser Unit are set apart from other low level laser hair therapy systems in a very unique way: its laser dispersion technology. Whereas other clinical and hand held-low level laser devices and clinical systems utilize a ‘rifle’ effect of collimated beams (dime-sized spots that hit the scalp), Sunetics has revolutionized this technology and delivers laser energy to the scalp with a ‘shotgun’ approach. Our design features an opened beam that uses the clinically proven, monochromatic wavelength (650 nanometers) of laser energy to penetrate the scalp surface to make this laser energy available at the base of the hair follicle, 4mm deep. The laser beam is allowed to spread-out (‘shotgun’ approach) and soak the entire scalp continuously, during the complete time of treatment, creating a uniform laser energy field and essentially one ‘giant laser beam’ that covers the entirety of the patient’s scalp.

Notice how the uniform laser energy field evenly penetrates the hair....
